1. Export Document

·    Please fill in our airway bill.

·    3 copies of commercial invoice and related export document must accompany all non-document shipments.

2. Maximum Weight

·    Maximum weight of individual package cannot exceed 28 kgs (except Italy shipment).

·    All shipments send to Italy , individual package cannot exceed 25 kgs.

3. Volumetric Weight

·    Volumetric weight will apply to any consignments with dimension weight that is greater than actual weight.

·    The Dimensional formula is : ( Length x Width x Height )cm and divided by 5,000.

4. Duties and Taxes

·    CORNICHE is not responsible for any import duties and taxes of shipments at the  destination country.

5. Delivery Service

·    CORNICHE is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, residential addresses or hotel addresses without telephone number and contact name.

·    To change the delivery address, return or destroy shipment. Click here to download the form.

·    CORNICHE reserve the right to charge an extra handling fee for multiple re-delivery of the same shipment.

6. Pick Up Service
